For our Client, who provides and designs advanced IT solutions, in connection with dynamic growth of business centre in Athens (Greece), we are currently looking for Candidates for a position of: Customer Advisor with German/French/Portuguese/Hebrew language Work place: Greece (Athens) Key Responsibilities: Respond to and record consumer enquiries /questions raised through free phone lines for customers. To ensure client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the company’s complaints escalation policy. To troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents and system training. To ensure all support calls and (when applicable) emails are answered and resolved To be able to offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions Maintain accurate data input of consumer enquiries, questions & feedback on the customer services database. To work effectively as part of a team, developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues. Requirements: Fluency in one of the following languages: German/Portuguese/Hebrew Very good knowledge of English Willingness to relocate to Greece Knowledge of PC (Hardware, Software, Internet) Excellent communication skills, strong team spirit, passionate about customer care Able to active listening Company offers: Very good working conditions Attractive compensation package + production bonus depend on project Christmas salary bonus, Easter salary bonus Booking and covering your expenses (flight, train, etc.) and a taxi to transfer candidate from the airport to the hotel Up to two week’s accommodation in a hotel close to our premises provided by the company Apartment Search Greek lessons, free Real Estate Agency fee & other Benefits Possibility of work in an international company Contact us and get more informations!
