For our international Client we are currently looking for:Client Support Administrator with Lithuanian or French Location: Poznan Ref. no: JO-1301-258085 Requirements: Fluent in English and French OR Lithuanian; Ability to learn and maintain a high level of knowledge of the clients computing environment; Excellent telephone, listening and communication skills; Experience in IT area is not required but will be strong asset. Responsibilities: Management system to track and facilitate the handling of all customer incidents and/or service requests; Answer questions regarding system errors or usage instruction; Maintain a high level of teamwork and communication; Providing first-line investigation and diagnostics; Password resets, user account creation.
